MA-IF

The module MA-IF is a TTL pulse forming module which is in type of construction and pin assignment compatible to the 5B module series. In particular, it serves for the adjustment of various input levels to the input of a TTL-input (e. g. counter input).

By means of a capacitor the input is AC decoupled. The amplification stages connected in series transform the various input levels to a TTL level.

The output has no semiconductor switch and is not electrically isolated to the signal input.

Via the EX pins the module provides a ±15V power supply for external applications, which is electrically isolated from the supply voltage.

The pin assignment corresponds with the 5B modules of Analog Devices, Inc. and Burr-Brown, however an additional 0EX pin has been introduced.
If the MA-IF is used in backplanes of Analog Devices, Inc. or Burr-Brown, this pin will have to be removed.
