REPAIRS
If one of our products is faulty, we will repair it - if worthwhile
- for a lump sum.
For each product you send to us, it is
absolutely necessary to apply for a separate RMA number. If
this number is missing, we cannot accept or work on the article. The
same applies in case of any warranty claims (2 years from the date of purchase at bmcm).
