BMC Messsysteme GmbH offers a wide range of multi channel measuring systems in various precision classes. Depending on the kind of signal a measuring system with an according sampling rate has to be chosen. Please note that the sampling rate has to have at least 10 times of the value of the highest signal frequency.
To get the perfectly customized measuring system, we from BMC Messsysteme GmbH are more then happy to help and advise you any time.

With our connection boards e.g. ZU37CB it is very easy to connect to the measurement systems of BMC Messsysteme GmbH. From the board you can you can proceed via a measurement amplifier or directly to the data acquistion system USB-AD and the software NextView®4.

In Detail

To give your application a complete measurement system you will need several components. Below we offer a perfect solution from our modular product range, preconfigurated and optimized in price and value.
Of course all components can be adjusted to your individual needs. Our team is more than happy to help any time via phone or mail.

The form of the signal can be of nearly any kind. Direct current voltage is the most common with a constant value. Process signals usually deliver voltages in the range of max. +/- 10 volt. Signals in the range of 0 ... 10 volts are very common too. The change of voltage is depending on the kind of signal, but is found in the range of even milliseconds. The resolution of a 16-bit-measuring systems is at 3 µ-volt.

Voltage signals can be acquired directly by the measuring systems of BMC Messsysteme GmbH. Sometimes a galvanic separation of the signal to the measuring system can be useful. This protects the measuring system from distruction and prevents disturbances like ripple pickup.
