bmcm: Machine monitoring – Early damage recognition
Machine monitoring – early damage recognition
Industrial production plants with exorbitant building costs always need to operate highly economically and without downtime. This makes careful and continuous monitoring of the machinery, e.g. refineries, stone and cement mills, tunnel boring, mining cranes, etc. an essential part of the production process.
The measurement systems by bmcm enable this constant monitoring, as they are capable of processing a large number of signals in this environment. Temperatures, vibrations, pressures and control signals are displayed live in the NextView software and stored on the PC.
The measurement system AMS84-LAN16x shown above provides:
- 1MHz sum sampling rate
- 64 analog inputs with measuring amplifiers
- individually galvanically isolated
- sensor supply for each channel
- 128 digital inputs / outputs
- of which 12 inputs can be used as counters
The DAQ systems can also be distributed decentrally in large plants, as they are connected via network to the PC.
An individual configuration precisely to your measuring task is also available.
It will be our pleasure to attend to your task.
